Refund Policy

1. Overview

Soaper offers premium subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases and refunds are processed by Apple, not directly by Burnished Labs, LLC.

Because Apple manages all transactions, refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard process.

This policy explains how subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations work for Soaper Premium.

2. Subscription Refunds

a) Apple Handles Refunds

All refund requests for Soaper Premium subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. Burnished Labs, LLC does not directly process refunds or have access to your payment information.

b) Apple's Refund Policy

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Common reasons for approved refunds include:

• Accidental purchases
• Unauthorized purchases
• Technical issues preventing app use
• Duplicate charges
• Purchases made by children without permission

c) Refund Timeframe

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

d) No Guaranteed Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are at Apple's discretion. We cannot influence Apple's refund decisions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund from Apple:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your Soaper Premium purchase
4. Select "Request a refund"
5. Choose a reason and submit

4. Free Trial

a) Trial Period

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to Soaper Premium features.

b) No Charge During Trial

You will not be charged during the free trial period as long as you cancel before the trial ends.

c) Canceling During Trial

To avoid being charged:

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Select Soaper Premium and tap "Cancel Subscription"

d) After Trial Ends

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

e) One Trial Per Account

Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID. Previous subscribers are not eligible for another free trial.

5. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Soaper Premium subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

b) Access Until Period Ends

When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription simply won't renew.

c) No Partial Refunds for Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining time in your billing period.

d) How to Cancel

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find and tap "Soaper Premium"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

e) Resubscribing

You can resubscribe to Soaper Premium at any time through the app. Previous subscribers may not be eligible for another free trial.
